Job Description
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing). Build and maintain candidate databases for Pharma / Engineering roles. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information.
