System Administrator (Email Infrastructure & Campaign Management)

ITExpertUS is looking for a System Administrator with expertise in DNS management, DKIM/SPF settings, and email campaign operations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing email servers, domain authentication, and ensuring high email deliverability for marketing and lead generation campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings for secure email authentication. Optimize email deliverability and prevent domain blacklisting. Set up and manage email campaigns, ensuring compliance with best practices. Work with email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) to maintain smooth operations. Monitor email bounce rates, spam complaints, and take corrective actions. Implement security protocols to safeguard email communications. Coordinate with marketing and IT teams for campaign execution. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Experience with email servers (Postfix, Exim, Microsoft Exchange, or similar). Hands-on experience in campaign management tools like Brevo, HubSpot, etc. Familiarity with SMTP relay, IP warming, and domain reputation management. Ability to analyze and optimize email open rates and CTRs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
