- Manage daily 3PL operations, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, inventory control, and warehouse activities under the guidance of the 3PL/CS Supervisor. - Generate and analyze operational reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and addressing any discrepancies or performance gaps. - Support communication with logistics provider, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with service agreements to meet delivery and customer service standards.
