We are looking for a Senior QA/Test Engineer with strong experience in Accounting and Reporting (A&R) systems, especially in Oracle Fusion Financials. You will be responsible for testing financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and working closely with Finance and Data teams.

• Design and run manual & automated test cases for Accounting and Reporting modules.
• Test financial processes like General Ledger, Trial Balance, Sub-ledger Accounting, Chart of Accounts, and IFRS17 reports.
• Validate data flow from source systems to reporting platforms (e.g., Azure Databricks).
• Review accounting rules, journal entries, and financial consolidations.
• Work with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify and log defects in accounting and reporting processes.
• Perform regression and reconciliation testing.
• Continuously improve testing practices based on best practices and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or similar.
• 7+ years of QA/testing experience in accounting systems.
• Good knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial close, and reporting cycles.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, automation tools (Selenium, Python, Java), and Azure Databricks.
• Strong skills in analysis, reconciliation, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Nice to Have:

• ISTQB, CPA, CFA, or similar certifications.
• Knowledge of IFRS17, multi-entity consolidations, or actuarial reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, Oracle BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Background in insurance, reinsurance, or investment accounting.
