What Youll Do Run discovery calls and coordinate productions from start to finish Book and brief freelancers, manage production schedules, and keep projects on time and on budget Liaise with clients throughout the production lifecycle Grow accounts by pitching new creative ideas, repurposing content, and spotting upsell opportunities Own client happiness and retention What You Bring 2+ years in account/project management, ideally in a creative agency Great communication and multitasking skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confident using tools like Monday.com and Pipedrive CRM (ideally)
