The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial management, bookkeeping, and reporting. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations. Process payroll and manage employee benefit programs. Monitor and report on cash flow and financial status. Assist with internal and external audits as required. Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
