Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team for daily operations
Review, approve, and monitor accounting entries, postings, and GL records
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with zero discrepancies
Reconcile inventory balances and bank statements accurately
Audit payroll, payments, VAT, and withholding tax submissions
Prepare financial variance reports and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi regulations, and company policies
Implement process improvements and internal control measures
Recruit, train, and manage team members while overseeing performance evaluations
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Financial Management (MBA is a plus)
Professional certifications such as CMA or Dip IFRS preferred
Minimum 10 years experience in accounting, finance, reporting, cost management, and budgeting
Strong expertise in financial analysis, budget control, compliance, and accounting operations
Proven leadership, people management, and performance management skills
