Account Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to generate revenue growth. Logistics Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance metrics and prepare reports to present actionable insights for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications: Proven experience in logistics, sales, or account management (experience in the logistics industry is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
