Job Description

Manage Schedules: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Document Handling: Organize and maintain files, documents, and to ensure easy access and efficient information management. Communication Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, providing prompt and friendly assistance to clients and team members. Office Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and other activities that help keep our workplace vibrant and productive. Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly. Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, preparing reports, and supporting project management as needed.
