Job Description

* Manages the agenda of arranging and making appointments for the General Manager in all meetings, interviews, visits, events, and regular activities. * Organizes the daily work and direction of the General Managers office to make the best use of available resources and the General Managers time. * Organizes and attends to the General Managers travel arrangements in terms of flight reservations, hotels, and transportation, in addition to financial and administrative arrangements and the related agenda. * Review the correspondence and transactions that are delivered to the office of the General Manager, ensure their legal validity, write the required explanations regarding them, submit them or refer them to the relevant department directors and heads of departments, and follow up on the actions that have been taken. * Manages the internal and external communications systems, such as receiving phone calls, messages, transactions, etc. * Establish and develop an automated archiving system for all administrative workflow and correspondence. * Attending executive meetings with the General Manager and recording minutes of meetings to follow up on any tasks related to him, as well as attending some meetings on his behalf if requested. * Research, analyze, and provide reports and strategic information to support decision-making processes. * Maintain open and effective communication channels with clients and employees within the company. * Other duties are assigned upon request.
