Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Organize and maintain confidential files
Assist in coordinating high-level meetings
Manage office supplies and equipment
Undertake special projects as directed
Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training & development
Oversee administrative tasks such as facility management, procurement, and safety compliance
Maintain HR records, contracts, attendance, and leave management
Handle disciplinary actions and resolve workplace conflicts
