Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and follow up on daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Track employees’ tasks and coordinate between departments.
• Handle HR-related tasks including attendance, leaves, and payroll support.
• Maintain and update employee records and contracts.
• Coordinate recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
• Assist in employee onboarding and training coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decisions.
• Support performance evaluation processes and follow up on feedback.
• Organize and support internal company events and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to management and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel and Data Analysis tools.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.Responsibilities:
