In close collaboration with the Management team and as a true driver of the company’s performance, you will be responsible, together with the accounting and finance team under your supervision, for:

• Ensuring the reliability of accounting production and acting as the guarantor of monthly and annual financial statements
• Guaranteeing compliance with legal, administrative, and regulatory requirements
• Managing cash flow (monitoring transactions, foreign exchange instruments, short- and long-term credit lines, documentary credits, and investments)
• Preparing the budget framework and investment plan in partnership with Management
• Monitoring tax and social regulations
• Ensuring reliable production and accounting data to support the development of management control within the new ERP system (SYLOB/SAGE)
• Negotiating with key economic and institutional partners (banks, insurers, lawyers, healthcare and pension providers, regional authorities, etc.)
• Implementing and maintaining analysis tools and dashboards required for steering the company
