Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-driven, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate Property Management division. You will play a key role in organizing daily operations, maintaining records, and acting as a central point of communication between tenants, landlords, and the property management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values structure, and is passionate about real estate and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the property manager in day-to-day administrative tasks related to residential and commercial property operations. - Maintain and update lease agreements, tenant records, rent rolls, and maintenance schedules. - Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. - Prepare and manage reports including occupancy, rent collection, and maintenance logs. - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and urgency. - Organize and schedule property visits, inspections, and lease renewals. - Support marketing efforts for vacant units by coordinating listings, follow-ups, and showings. - Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the property manager - Contribute to sustainability efforts across property management practices. - Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database or list - Provide feedback on call responses and potential areas of improvement in the pitch
