Job Description

Document Management & Reporting Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports on project activities, including cost control, timesheets, and invoicing. Supplier Communication & Coordination Act as a liaison between the Supply Base Manager and vendors, ensuring effective and timely communication. Support contract administration and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Compliance Assist in audit preparations, ensuring all required documentation is complete and well-organised. Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized workspace in compliance with company and industry best practices. General Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to the Supply Base Manager, including email management, presentation preparation, meeting minutes, and document organization. Handle general office tasks such as filing, copying, and managing office supplies related to supply base activities.
