Maintain and update records, files, and databases
Ensure all office equipment and supplies are in good working order.
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communication.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor inventory levels and work with the kitchen team to prevent shortages.
Reconcile invoices and receipts with procurement records.
Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
Handle leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with petty cash management and expense reporting.
Collaborate with the accounts team for payroll, payment schedules, and reconciliations.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
