We are looking for an AI Consultant to help bring the future of generative AI into the world of fashion. This is a contract-to-hire role where you will work closely with our design and merchandising teams to integrate AI into apparel workflows—from concept and design to product development.

We’re looking for someone who can bridge two worlds: A deep appreciation of apparel design and production workflows Advanced expertise in generative AI, RAG/RAFT, and model evaluation

What You’ll Do:

• Build RAG/RAFT solutions for knowledge management, search, and design workflows.
• Work with generative AI (image + text) models to support apparel design, merchandising, and material selection.
• Develop AI evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, quality, and user experience.
• Implement document processing pipelines (OCR, classification, summarization).
• Collaborate with creative teams to integrate AI into real-world fashion design and development processes.
• Deploy and scale production-ready AI applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in Generative AI (image and text models, embeddings, semantic search).
• Experience with RAG/RAFT and AI system evaluations.
• Hands-on with document automation pipelines and recommendation systems.
• Knowledge of apparel & fashion workflows (design, merchandising, product development).
• Bonus: Experience integrating AI into creative workflows (design review, visual iteration, material selection).
• Cloud-native mindset & knowledge of AI safety/responsible AI practices.
