We are seeking a dedicated Allied Health Faculty member to instruct Certified Nurse Aide, Certified Medication Aide, and Home Health Aide courses. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate the next generation of healthcare professionals through engaging and comprehensive instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for CNA, CMA, and HHA courses.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the Allied Health program.

Required Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students effectively.
