This role is for a technology generalist and business specialist who aligns IT solutions with clinical strategies. You will act as a liaison between the business and IT, advising on system functionality and proactively identifying opportunities to improve cardiology workflows through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as a technical liaison with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain credibility with customer management and IT personnel.
• Advise customers on information system technologies, costs, and benefits.
• Identify opportunities to apply technology to improve business processes.
• Participate in project planning and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Required: Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in business systems analysis or a business unit role working closely with IT.
• Epic Cupid certification is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to achieve Epic certification within 6 weeks of training if not already certified.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Desired:

• Experience with Cardiology or related clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering.
• HL7 knowledge.
