We are seeking a motivated AR Caller to join our team. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely payment. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contact insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding claims.
* Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
* Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AR activities.
