Job Description

Plan, coordinated, and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials usage by site engineers on the construction site to ensure compliance with project requirements and minimize wastage. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure cost-effective resource utilization and financial viability. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and risk assessments. Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise. Conduct regular project meetings to communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure effective collaboration. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
