Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - 1. Credit Appraisal Underwriting of SME SCF files as analyzing applicant's financial status and credit evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans with preparing Credit Approval Memo (CAM). 2. Meeting with applicants (PD) to obtain information for loan applications and analyzing the financial situation of the client through business place visits. 3. Active engagement with 3rd party vendors and track completion of all necessary verifications checks related to the loan application within the required time. 4. Ensuring maintenance of TAT for SME proposals at an acceptable level. Managing overall credit and risk functions for the areas/locations assigned to him/her. 5. Inputs for designing and implementation of credit policy and programmes, new initiatives, periodical changes in credit policy and programmes based on the inputs provided by sales team and market feedback, providing inputs on product and policy being followed by competitors in the market. 6. Hiring of credit resources as per manpower budgeting, attrition management and performance management.
