Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage security operations to ensure safety and compliance. Develop and implement security protocols, emergency response plans, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and internal teams for investigations and crisis resolution. Supervise and monitor security personnel to maintain discipline and efficiency. Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks. Ensure proper implementation of fire and safety measures per industry standards. Investigate security breaches or incidents and take corrective action. Prepare and present security performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
