Job Description
<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance and troubleshoot IT-related issues.</li><li>Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, routers, switches, printers, phones, security updates, LANs, WANs, and internet connectivity.</li><li>Administer and support On-Premises Servers, VMware, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Firewalls, Azure Virtual Server, Remote VPN, and Site-to-Site Tunnel operations and troubleshooting.</li><li>Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly.</li><li>Monitor network and security systems, implementing changes as per security protocols and change control processes.</li><li>Maintain and update IT operational documentation.</li><li>Research and recommend new approaches to enhance network and infrastructure performance.</li></ul>
