Job Description

Monitor, review, and analyze data or external information to support internal research and analysis Present actionable recommendations, reports, presentations, and documents to utilize the information effectively Perform data analysis and data mining, including using applications for data import/export, manipulation, reporting, and analysis Proactively communicate potential business impacts from data analysis Support management with necessary reports to facilitate decision-making processes Maintain confidentiality regarding organizational strategies, objectives, and practices Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify process enhancements that improve efficiency and quality Develop innovative approaches to improve and track processes using Triggers (similar to If-Then statements) Use process mapping techniques to detect and resolve opportunities Own the Trigger process from creation to deployment, including testing and implementing updates to optimize success Ensure the effectiveness of deployed Triggers through consistent communication with business partners and feedback gathering Conduct job shadows to gather the required knowledge for implementing process enhancements
