Job Description

<p>The company is hiring an Assistant Manager HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing core HR operations at the factory. This role has a strong focus on payroll management, employee relations, and HR systems. The goal is to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, smooth HR service delivery, and adherence to company policies and labor laws.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Head Office and plant employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal regulations.</li><li>Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, overtime, and self records (within HR software like TimeTrex).</li><li>Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements, tax deductions, and statutory payments.</li><li>Handle recruitment and onboarding activities for plant-level positions, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.</li><li>Support training and development initiatives for plant employees in coordination with Head Office HR.</li><li>Maintain employee personnel files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Provide HR support to plant employees by addressing queries and resolving issues related to payroll, leave, and benefits.</li><li>Implement and monitor company procedures, workplace policies, and grievance handling.</li><li>Prepare periodic HR and payroll reports for management review.</li><li>Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives at the plant to foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Coordinate with Admin and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations from an HR perspective.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul><li>BBA/MBA degree (preferably in HR / Industrial Relations).</li><li>3-5 years of HR experience in a factory or manufacturing setup.</li><li>Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations regulations.</li><li>Familiarity with TimeTrex will be an advantage.</li><li>Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
