Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic surveys of supplier CAPA & raw material management to ensure delivery stability
• Evaluate supplier capabilities to maintain/improve quality standards
• Oversee inventory management & audits (weekly/monthly/yearly)
• Manage HS code verification & BOE data for imported parts
• Handle customs responses for imported parts
• Investigate unit price fluctuations & supplier-related concerns with on-site visits
• Conduct cost audits, review price reduction measures & negotiate with suppliers
• Manage RFD creation, PO distribution & purchase scheduling
• Compare supplier quotations, source new vendors & optimize procurement
• Oversee transportation cost planning

What Were Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of auto parts logistics & procurement processes
• Hands-on experience with customs, imports & HS codes
