Job Description
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct periodic surveys of supplier CAPA & raw material management to ensure delivery stability</li><li>Evaluate supplier capabilities to maintain/improve quality standards</li><li>Oversee inventory management & audits (weekly/monthly/yearly)</li><li>Manage HS code verification & BOE data for imported parts</li><li>Handle customs responses for imported parts</li><li>Investigate unit price fluctuations & supplier-related concerns with on-site visits</li><li>Conduct cost audits, review price reduction measures & negotiate with suppliers</li><li>Manage RFD creation, PO distribution & purchase scheduling</li><li>Compare supplier quotations, source new vendors & optimize procurement</li><li>Oversee transportation cost planning</li></ul><p>What Were Looking For:</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of auto parts logistics & procurement processes</li><li>Hands-on experience with customs, imports & HS codes</li><li>Ability to handle vendor management, audits & negotiations</li><li>Proactive, analytical, and result-oriented professional</li></ul>
