Health & Safety process for all factory employees Handle of compliance and solving the problem Nurture a positive working environment Handle of Government Office with labor relation Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Planning factory daily routines. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Conducting performance and wage reviews. Enveloping clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Creating clear and concise reports. Giving helpful and engaging presentations. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy. Leading a team members. - Assist in Admin functions, particularly in Project Budget controlling - Work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations - Assist to Admin & HR Head
