Discover Group is expanding its team! We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to support our operations across enforcement, investigations, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operational planning and execution.
• Liaise with clients, enforcement authorities, and legal teams.
• Draft and manage professional reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and client protocols.
• Assist in preparing raid/action plans, cost estimates, and operational timelines.
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP development.
• Support budget tracking, logistics, and administrative tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can balance both client-facing and operational responsibilities.
