We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our project teams with cost management and quantity surveying tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs and be able to assist in the preparation of accurate and detailed cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
- Prepare and submit progress reports.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
