Job Description

<p>We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage business development activities by engaging with architects for project specifications and developing a strong dealer/distributor network to drive sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in connecting product specification to execution through effective channel and influencer management.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><p>Engagement with Architects:</p><ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants</li><li>Promote and present products for inclusion in upcoming residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for the Architect and Dealer community.</li><li>Track project pipelines through architects and follow through to conversion via channel partners.</li></ul><p>Dealer/Channel Management:</p><ul><li>Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.</li><li>Manage existing dealer relationships to drive sales volume and product penetration.</li><li>Support dealers with marketing materials, schemes, training, and inventory planning.</li><li>Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.</li></ul><p>General Sales & Reporting</p><ul><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets from both architect and dealer channels.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) for smooth operations.</li><li>Submit timely reports on visits, leads, conversions, and competitor activity.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.</li></ul>
