We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage business development activities by engaging with architects for project specifications and developing a strong dealer/distributor network to drive sales. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in connecting product specification to execution through effective channel and influencer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement with Architects:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants
- Promote and present products for inclusion in upcoming residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for the Architect and Dealer community.
- Track project pipelines through architects and follow through to conversion via channel partners.
Dealer/Channel Management:
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.
- Manage existing dealer relationships to drive sales volume and product penetration.
- Support dealers with marketing materials, schemes, training, and inventory planning.
- Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
General Sales & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets from both architect and dealer channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) for smooth operations.
- Submit timely reports on visits, leads, conversions, and competitor activity.
- Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
