Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our Corporate team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and a desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, such as purchase agreements and merger agreements.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on corporate law issues.
• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with other advisors.
• Providing support to senior attorneys on complex corporate matters.
