We’re looking for a purpose-driven, impact-focused professional to join our team in the role of Asst./Deputy Manager Sustainability , where you'll play a critical role in advancing our environmental and social goals.

• Support the development and execution of the company’s sustainability roadmap in alignment with business objectives and global best practices.
• Coordinate initiatives for renewable energy integration and greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and buyer sustainability codes.
• Coordinate internal and external sustainability and compliance audits.
• Prepare sustainability reports for management, buyers, and internal & external stakeholders.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis for performance tracking.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring social compliance programs in line with buyer and international labor standards.
• Monitor chemical management, hazardous substances, and ZDHC requirements. Oversee chemical management programs ensuring compliance with ZDHC, Screen Chemistry and other buyer-specific chemical restrictions.
• Support traceability programs and supplier engagement for sustainability compliance.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and suppliers on sustainability practices and compliance requirements.
• Support sustainability-related projects such as water recycling, circular economy initiatives, waste-to-value solutions, material traceability and renewable energy adoption.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Prepare and publish sustainability report. ESG reporting writing according to sustainability frameworks, ESG standards and maintain documentation
