7+ years of proven experience in external audit Ability to manage multiple clients and complex engagements Deep understanding of IFRS and regulatory frameworks Skilled in team management and building client relationships Previous experience in a Big 4 firm is strongly preferred CPA, ACCA, or SOCPA certification required
