Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and other financing documents.
- Advise clients on compliance with banking laws and regulations.
- Assist with due diligence investigations and closing of transactions.
