Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Therapist to join our team at Indlas Child Guidance Clinic (ICGC) in Vizag. As a Behaviour Therapist, you will work directly with children who have behavioral challenges, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role is crucial in helping children develop positive behaviors and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Provide direct therapy to children in a variety of settings, including clinic, home, and school.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support the child's progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions and progress.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
