We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behaviour Therapist to join our team. The Behaviour Therapist will be responsible for providing behavioral interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other behavioral challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct therapy to individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families.
