Responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, TN, GC, OPT and CPT) with prime vendors or Direct Client Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews Negotiating pay rates and terms of employment with candidates Building and maintaining a network of potential consultants Collaborating with internal teams to meet client staffing needs Providing regular updates to candidates on the status of their applications
