Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development
- Develop diverse content mixes tailored to Talento's B2B2C audience.
- Write engaging blogs that position Talento as a thought leader in talent management and HR solutions.
- Create subtle yet persuasive social media briefs and captions for campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Personal Branding
- Craft personal branding posts for Talentos leadership, aligning with industry trends and business goals.
Video Ideation & Scriptwriting:
- Develop creative video content ideas that resonate with both clients and candidates.
- Write clear, compelling video scripts in both languages to ensure impactful storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with the art team to ensure alignment between visuals and messaging for an optimized outcome.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Team for innovative campaign ideas.
Reporting:
- Report directly to the Marketing Lead with content updates, performance metrics (if needed), and progress on projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role in marketing, advertising, or media.
- Exceptional bilingual writing skills in both Arabic (Saudi dialect preferred) and English.
- Ability to produce engaging content tailored to diverse platforms (blogs, social media, video scripts, etc.).
- Strong understanding of subtle advertising and audience engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with social media best practices and trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (art/design teams, marketing leads).
- Creative thinker with excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content tools (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs, project management tools like Trello, Notion, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in marketing, journalism, or communication.
- Experience in personal branding content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for blog content.
