Job Description: Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Type : Permanent Location: Bucharest, Romania (Soseaua Oltenitei 2, Bucuresti 041312, Romania) (Onsite) What You'll Do: Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat in [English] and proficient in any one of the additional languages [Deutsch, Italian, French & Portuguese) Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies. What We're Looking For: Fluency in English and any one of the following European Language Deutsch, Italian, French & Portuguese Previous customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Why Join Us?
