We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM principles and MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement BIM standards and procedures.
* Coordinate BIM models and ensure data accuracy.
* Provide technical support and training to project teams.
* Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
* Manage and maintain BIM libraries and content.

Required Skills:
