We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Manager to lead and oversee our Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. The BIM Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing BIM standards, workflows, and protocols across all projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction methodologies, BIM software, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and enforce BIM standards and procedures.
* Manage and coordinate BIM projects from conception to completion.
* Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
* Ensure BIM models are accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
* Strong understanding of construction processes.
