We are seeking a skilled BIM Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The BIM Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models for mechanical systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical systems using BIM software.
* Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate designs.
* Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
* Generate shop drawings and fabrication details from the BIM model.
* Maintain and update the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
