We are seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to contribute to innovative projects in BIM, MEP design, and sustainable construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, piping, and sustainable building energy design, with expertise in Revit, MagiCAD, and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems, focusing on HVAC/VVS.
- Create prefabrication drawings for pipe systems and chillers.
- Design and draw HVAC/VVS systems for various projects.
- Perform soil balance calculations and excavation site plans in Revit.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MagiCAD.
- Knowledge of HVAC & VVS Systems.
- Understanding of sustainable building design principles.
