We are looking for an experienced BIW Robotic Simulation Engineer with strong expertise in robotic programming and automotive manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform robotic simulations for automotive BIW manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA, ABB robots (others are an advantage).
• Optimize plant layouts and manufacturing cycle times.
• Expertise in arc welding (mandatory), spot welding, riveting, adhesive & sealing, stud welding, material handling.
• Exposure to hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing (added advantage).
• Prepare tools, equipment, and mockups for manufacturing processes.
• Work on fixture, tool & gun kinematics, tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.
• Awareness of RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization.

Key Skills Required

• Software: Dassault Delmia V5, Siemens Process Simulate (mandatory)
• Strong communication, team player, flexible, ability to manage complexity
