<ul><li>Provide L1 level backend support for ITSM tools like BMC Remedy/Helix and IBM Netcool.</li><li>Responsible for day to day operations of OSS Application.</li><li>Work as part of a team to provide 24 x 7 support for multiple OSS applications.</li><li>Respond to user requests within agreed SLA and provide timely update.</li><li>Support L1/L2 core operations and perform in shifts.</li><li>Document and report daily issue, help analyze critical issue and devise RCA</li><li>Collect user requirements, configure/customize on OSS system according to local business processes.</li><li>Conduct system trial run and perform system UAT.</li><li>Perform System installation, configuration, patch implementation, reporting etc</li><li>Co-ordinate with various teams on routine basis on issues/fixes etc.</li><li>ITIL knowledge is desired</li></ul>
