We are seeking a skilled BMS (Building Management System) Operator to monitor and control building systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with BMS software and a strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control building systems using BMS software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues.
- Optimize system performance for energy efficiency.
- Generate reports on system performance and energy consumption.
- Respond to alarms and system failures.
