Job Description
Dicetek LLC, a Dubai-based IT services and staffing firm, is currently hiring a Board Affairs & Corporate Governance Manager to be deputed with a banking client in the UAE. The selected candidate will support corporate governance processes, board meeting administration, and regulatory compliance in alignment with the banks internal governance framework.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage Board and Committee meetings, coordinate agenda preparation, and ensure quorum in compliance with bank regulations
Maintain register of resolutions, voting outcomes, and develop annual Board/Committee agendas
Act as liaison with regulatory bodies and coordinate company disclosures with legal and communications teams
Monitor legislative changes and assist in updating internal governance policies
Support compliance activities related to corporate governance matters, including documentation review
Provide regular governance updates and support the Head of Legal in ensuring integration across board administration functions
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university (Law degree desirable)
Company Secretary certification from Hawkamah or DFM preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a UAE-based bank
