We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff.
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Required Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
