We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Onsite Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience with USA-based companies and strong skills in financial recordkeeping, reporting, and operational support. Experience in eCommerce (Amazon, Shopify) or retail businesses is a plus.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial data
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and other accounting tasks
• Assist in managing inventory records and controls
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work closely with management to ensure accurate financial tracking
